Options
Hi
Thanks to the superb advice of the forum I won my popla appeal on the 17 th of this month however the following day ukcps sent me a quantity of documents relating to the case ie photos and a resume of their costs ect but no clear info on what they propose to do but clearly marked from their legal dept
is this allowed post appeal,or do you think they are trying scare tactics again
Many thanks for your input

The success at popla means that they must drop this now. It's probably a mistake by one of the porta cabin staff, write back and include the text of the popla assessor telling them to sod off

Just a thought, do the ticket numbes match up?

Were these perhaps the papers they were submitting to POPLA as their part in the appeals process, with you getting them late? Or had you previously received another 'bundle' from them?

Whatever's the case, they can go and whistle :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Harassment now, surely.

bpa and dvla - not that they do anything, but they can't then deny increasing bulk of complaint if we all do this, post- POPLA successes.

I think that's their POPLA evidence, sent too late. Mwuhahahahahaha!

Did it include the contract with the landowner? Can I see the documents or does it have a secrecy clause? Sharing docs like this can help newbies in future.
