I too have had problems with the csa my kids dad has an attachment of earnings order csa get his money every month although the money goes into my csa holding account i have to call them every month to get them to pay the money into my bank account. Apparently some sort of glitch on their computer system where it doesnt allocate for automatic payment. Such a chore but im glad i get at least something every month. even if it is always late! Get them to check that the emploer is sending the payments through with the correct reference number on. ie NST/Busines Unit Number/NRP National Insurance Number then it will populate automatically onto the clerical database and can be paid out. Also the employer has until the 19th of the follwoing month to send the payment through.Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0
