Quality team??

I have had various problems with my case over the last year. My Mp got involved and was good at getting the initial problem sorted, but in doing so the case has gone to Bolton. My ex is paying through his wages but the csa are not paying it to me. I have just called again and got told that my case was passed to the quality team as a collection schedule had been done on the 2nd of June. He had no idea how long it would be until I get paid.
Does anyone have any idea how long this part of the process takes? I have been told that as son as it is through the quality team I will be paid. Not had a penny since April.
Thankyou.

This is happening a lot.
Get back in contact with your MP and ask the assistant to phone the Parliamentary hotline. They will get it sorted out pretty quick.
Also put in for compensation and demand interest. In my case they rejected my claim for interest but I persisted and got it.
Please have a peep at the pinned links for financial redress.0 -
Oh dear, you poor thing having your case sent to Bolton. Be prepared for extremely long delays and even worse service than usual. They are an outside agency, not civil servants who have no real ideas of what the processes are and how the CSA really works. The feedback from others is that they are 10 times worse than the CSA themselves even though they are working 'for' them.0

ICE complaint clerical cases are being taken from Bolton, and back to the clerical teams at the B'head CSAC, because someone up above has finally realised Bolton isn't working.
Cumnock & Stockport are also getting some of the cases (new intake and complaints i think) - and Vertex Bolton are only going to be dealing with the finance side (like Cumnock used to do).
This only came out today.0 -
Was it sent to all staff by e-mail? If so, then I got it but haven't read it yet.0

Thanks for this info. But why are only ICE cases being transferred? It appears only people in the know about ICE and presumably the PO too, are being taken out of the cauldron.
Any ideas who the high up person is?
Anyway, to summarise it appears complian, complain, complain.
I would love to see vertex sacked.0 -
It may happen yet.0

I think the ICE cases are coming back as they're seen as 'most important'. I think that this is just the beginning, once CSA clerical clear these, which they will if given enough staff (like they didn't have last time) I think they'll bring the rest back.
If everyone who's case is stuck at Bolton complains to ICE - then all of them will come back quicker!!0 -
What does ICE stand for?I can only please one person per day.Today is not your day.Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.0
