My fiancee closed her account with npower on 26 January. After much chasing, they issued the final bill on 7 March. The account is £59.23 in credit. She requested a refund. She still hasn't received the money.

The next step is to threaten legal action, using the HMC&TS' Money Claim Online Service. You can also claim interest. But, in this case, there is a choice of start dates. 26 January or 7 March?
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

The money wasn't due until the final bill was issued plus there t&cs probably give an indication of how long they will take to refund any overpayment so you need to add that on.

have you worked out how much the intrest would be lol.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
