My problem lies in within these sites don't tell you they are a broker, I entered my details as I thought I was applying for a loan, to then be passed website to website. I then received upto 50 emails and texts per day from various companies and I deleted them all and cannot remember the name of the original company
No offence, but statements like "these sites don't tell you they are a broker" are repeated on here hundreds of times, usually with "I didn't know I was going to pay a fee". Invariably it is discovered that the sites do tell you they are a broker but for whatever reason the applicants don't read this part.

Can you get in touch with your bank and ask for the name of the company that took money from your account? That may be your best bet. Presumably you were given some registration e-mail from the broker before your information was passed around other companies?

[it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."
  • Again, the we page, as far as I can remember you fill out a form which makes out to be you applying for a loan. Then once that is all completed you find out they are a lender. I am not looking for a lecture, just contact details for this company or associated company

Only go to official lenders eg banks, any normal lender will ask for money up front or ask for card details.

I'm not sure how you expect anyone to give you contact details for a company you can't remember, to be honest.

Which company took the money ? or what website did you give your details to ?

Search the net for either 1.
