Hi I am hoping you people can help me
I've received all my paperwork back from the solicitors today
and the TP1 form i received signed by the developer is the wrong one
we had it amended to remove the covenants for a management agency as it was not needed for our plot, but it seems the developer went ahead and used the original form and my solicitor does not seem to have noticed.
i am slightly worried, that since i did originally signed the original TP1 form, but then later signed the amended one, the solicitor could have used the wrong one
I can get the title and plan from land registry, but i can't figure out how to get the more detailed documents online, i would hopefully like to check this now because i won't be able to get in touch with the solicitor till tuesday

You won't be able to get anything from the LR till Tuesday - so talk to your solicitor then.
It's not clear what stage you are at. Have you Completed?0 -
Yes completed, and moved in 4 months ago0

The TP1 won't be available online but you can obtain a copy by post. Just follow this online guidance and use form OC2 (£7)
The scanned copy will be of the one submitted with the application to register although your solicitor should of course be able to confirm which one they used.
If they have used the wrong one then it is likely that they will have to submit an application to rectify the title. But check first.“Official Company Representative
