Issued with PCN for parking on a private workplace car park

Hi

I was issued with PCN at my workplace car park and I ignored it now they have send a notice to keeper/driver, reason being parking beyond bay markings.

Pay £40 within 14 days or £100 after 14 days.

Would like some advice on what action to take, as I dont see it justified as this my workplace and my car is registered for parking there.

So we hope by now you have read the NEWBIES thread and realised that there's a lot more to this forum you had not seen when you landed on that other thread? Please send the usual template first appeal, of course.
