BT free evening & weekend calls £7.99

If you are going to switch to another company and be bound by a contract then shop around very carefully because £7.95 per month for free evening and weekend calls is a very poor deal. My company have been offering this service for a long time at only £2.99 per month with no contract. Since the telecoms industry de-regulated, there are far more companies out there who can provide a better service at a better price than BT.

The Op was clearly mixing up BT Option 3 with Option 2 anyway.0 -
For three months yes you get free calls, however for the other months you are paying £7.99 for those calls, so the calls aren't free as you are paying for them, inclusive in the package then yes, but then you'd need line rental to be free also for them to be truly free. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
