Finlock gutter hell

Hi all am hoping for some advice.
Have just bought a house with finlock gutters. Vendors told solicitor they were lined. I asked surveyor to check but all he did was to ask vendor.
Turns out only one corner is lined. And looking at the inside there is repair work so i would assume they had issues in that area. How did surveyor not pick this up?
Added to this they has spray roof insulation carried out. This i belive means the tiles cannot be pushed back to work on the gutters.
I have no idea what to do now really and any suggestions would be welcomed
Thanks

My suggestion is that you take a Vinnie Jones hold on your surveyor and request his cooperation in resolving the problem he has landed you with. Advise him if he does not come across you will do more than make his eyes water
PS was it a full structural survey or a lenders condition survey ?You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0 -

I feel your pain. We had our concrete gutters sealed with fibreglass but the dumb roofer put the tiles back onto the wet fibreglass and the bottom row stuck down. We had to get a conc gutter liner specialist to smash off all the tiles and start again. Nightmare!0
