What to do with bisque bathroom radiator

Hi,

Looking for advice on options.

Short story, bought a (very expensive) bisque rad for the bathroom. It is finished in a white, almost plasticky finish. Too thick for paint and not robust enough to be enamel. It has crazed and peeled with rust bleeding through. Bisque themselves are not interested at it is outside of the five year warrantee.

So, I don't want to replace like with like due to the high cost,appalling finish and poor customer service. I have tried to find an alternative replacement, but the inlet and outlet pipes are very close together and so cannot find an alternative that will fit and don't want messy pipes running around the bathroom. Thought about having it stripped and refinished, but don't know who to approach and what is possible here.

So, if anyone can offer solutions, would be grateful.
