Selection of partitions on Macrium Reflect

I am trying to create an image backup on Macrium on a Windows 8.1 PC.
When I select "Create an image of the partition required .....", about 8 boxes are automatically ticked - ESP(None), DIAGS(None), OS(C), and a few others. Do I need to backup all these? Or is it just the OS(C) drive I need?

if the drive fails one day, a disk image backup of everything is useful. Avoid the clone option
Future backups could just be c: and wherever your data is stored (possibly c: also)!!
