Who clamped it and where was this?
Clamping on private land by private companies is unlawful and has been for about 18 months.0 -
Well that depending who has clamped you and for what. If this is NI then clamping on private land is still legal. If this was the rest of the UK then clamping is only legal with lawful authority, like from a court, the police, or if a bailiff was involved with such an order,
Basically we need far more detail than what you are providing to give advice. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

as above:
who clamped you?
why did they clamp you?
where did they clamp you?
what paperwork did you receive ( receipts etc etc)?
keep all paperwork
answer the above and then you can get some assistance, or referred to somewhereFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Sometimes it makes you wonder why people post on here, two days have gone and the OP has not been back, what's the point? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

OP's last activity was 40 minutes after creating the OP, by which point da_rule had already responded. OP deserves all the help (none) that (s)he gets.0

I've commented on this on another thread, that regulars are putting their extended personal efforts into helping the OP, running to numerous posts, yet the OP just doesn't come back to the thread (and I'm not talking about the DVLA/V5 thread).
If they have such an important issue to bother posting here, then surely they must have the interest to come back quickly and recognise and respond to the voluntary input of complete strangers in helping them with THEIR problem!
Evidently, not! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
