They did, but it didn't work instantly (online account wasn't fully active, let me log in and not much else).

It works now though - my limit is £1500, which is perfect. That's easily enough for me to pay for my holiday in local currencies, then it'll be paid off by Direct Debit.

For the record, this is probably because I admitted I'm mooching off my parents. They probably wouldn't give this limit to a student who puts a meek personal income and no household income.

True- just use it wisely and keep if for as long as possible to collect the £10 yearly bonus!
