Hi - has anyone seen Billy Elliot at the Victoria Palace, London, in the 'cheap seats'? Or Les Mis in Shaftsbury Avenue?
There are some for £19.50 and I wondered if anyone could tell me what the experience is like up in 'the gods' - is it still worth going?
Thanks all :-)

Theatre Monkey has reviews from people who have sat in those seats.
Sometimes their reviews are a bit fussy. I sat in a red seat once (Spamalot, upper circle central aisle seat) and TM claimed it had a restricted view. In reality, I missed someone's legs from the knee down for 30 seconds (although it did have terrible legroom due to a metal bar sticking out, which wasn't mentioned in any comment).Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
