  • I'm just throwing this out there for discussion .
    1. All complaints about companies breaching CoP should be reported to DVLA and BPA Ltd
    2. These complaints should be logged and retained by the forums
    3. If repeated breaches occur and DVLA still release details is there. a claim against the DVLA for release of data and the BPA Ltd for facilitating that release ?
Both parties are getting away with blatantly disregarding the fact that PPC's repeat the same breaches time and time again

I'll PM you the case number once it gets allocated (if it gets that far), as the case will probably be in a company name, as my car is registered to a family business so it won't be in my name.

Can you charge them business rates then as it is a company car and thus assume the PCN went to the company address?

I currently have an allocated case against ParkingEye doing broadly the same thing. Prankster has already blogged on it.
