Waiting 3 months for Wren kitchen doors

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice please. I ordered and paid for a new kitchen in December 2013. Most of the units and doors were delivered on 17th Jan as agreed. So far so good. We discovered that there were a number of doors missing and were told they would be 2 weeks which we thought was reasonable.
It's now 18th April.
Over the past 3 months various doors have turned up, some have been damaged and to cut a long story short, we are still missing 3 doors and an inside shelf. The store staff keep telling me 'next week', but as it's now been 3 months I'm at my wits end - I just want my kitchen finished so we can move in properly! My fitters can't 'fine tune' the kitchen and get it looking perfect until all the doors are in place so we are in limbo land at the moment and I'm really fed up.
Wren have offered to discuss compensation 'when it's all finished'... but that's not looking likely any time soon so what should I do in the mean time?!
I paid with MasterCard.
Thanks in advance.
