Instant Win Spider-Man

1.- Organizing Company.-
The organizer of this contest is the Spanish legal entity Vacaciones
eDreams, S.L.U. (hereinafter, eDreams), with registered office at World Trade Center Norte Pl. 6, Moll de
Barcelona, s/n, 08039 Barcelona and Spanish Tax ID Number B-61965778.
2.- Place and Date.-
The contest will take place on Facebook from the 7 th of April, 2014 at
12:00pm, until the 9th of May, 2014 at 16:00pm. The contest is developed for Spain but users from Spain,
France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Portugal can participate.
3.- How to Participate.-
any person who meets the following requirements can participate: (1) be atleast 18 years old, (2) reside in a European country and (3) be a fan of one of the eDreams Facebookpages involved in the contest (Spain, France, Portugal, the UK and Germany). All eDreams employees, aswell as their partners and closest family members will not be able to participate in this contest.
Participation is free. By participating you comply with the terms and conditions that apply to this contest.
How the contest works:
There will be a total of 33 winners, The prizes will be awarded based on the conditions listed below.
- The participant must access the Facebook application "Spider-Man" on the eDreams profile page of their respective market and register with their full name and email address





Once registered, participants can play by clicking the “Participate” button. They will find out immediately if they win a prize. The two possible results are:
Winner the prize won will appear on the screen.
Loser
: the participant can return to the app the following day and play again. By returning to the app each day and posting the link on the Facebook wall ( 1 extra chance), sending a Facebook private message ( 1 extra chance), watching the video “The Amazing Spider-man 2: Rise of Electro” produced by eDreams and Sony (1 extra chance) and tweeting (1 extra chance), participants can increase the number of times they can play the game.
4- Prizes. -

The following prizes will be awarded in this order:


1 x Trip for 2 people to New York, awarded in the form of a 2000€ discount voucher.
- 1 x Sony W7 42" TV
- 1 x Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-WX80 camera
- 5 x Amazing Spider-Man DVDs
- Spider-Man merchandising

Winners and travel companion cannot win more than once.







General conditions for the Trip

● The prize includes a trip for two people (over 18 years of age) to New York, including accommodation in a hotel of 3 stars or more for up to 5 nights.
● The reservation cannot be made during peak season ( Easter, Christmas, and in summer from 1 June - 5 September).
● The prize/reservations is/are subject to availability of the airline and hotel.
● The winner will have to make the reservations at least 2 months before the desired date of departure, keeping in mind that the trip prize is valid for one year since the winner has been announced
● The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to someone other than the official winner. If for any reason, the winner renounces the prize, no exchange, refund or compensation will be provided.

● The prize does not include transfers, allowances or other expenses.

● Additional taxes, fees and other expenses related to the prize given out in this contest should be paid by the winner, with exception to the costs assumed by the organizers as disclosed in these rules. Equally, the winner will also bear all costs related to upgrades and extras that do not correspond to the award detailed in these rules● The prize shall be offered by eDreams

● The organizers are not liable for any external factors that might prevent the winner from enjoying his/her trip; to this extent, the organizers will not issue a different prize to the one already provided.The organizers are not responsible for the misuse of the prize by the winner.
● In the event that through no fault of the organizing company the prize cannot be delivered as scheduled, this will be replaced by another of similar features and value.
● The total value of the prize is 2.325€.

5.- Announcement of the winners.-
To receive the prizes, the winners should send their contact details to the following email address:

The winner has three calendar days from the closing date of the contest to accept the prize and to send their contact details to the indicated address, otherwise the prize will be considered rejected and declared void.6.- Personal Data

I can't figure out how to enter. I watch the video & click on the link in the video which takes me to a FB page but then have to watch the video & click again which opens up yet another FB page with the same video & nowhere to enter

thanks, I'd tried that before & it didn't work, just tried again & it still didn't but kept clicking on it about 10 times before it actually worked

I have already posted this and I think the end date was today....there has already been a winner for the New York trip so all that is left is the Spider-man merchandise xx

That's odd as I didn't get a hit when I searched for it. Anyway, thanks or updating ;-)
