Travel dates from 5th-16th September 2014.
General Terms and Conditions:

1. All entrants must be over the age of 18
2. Travel insurance is not included in the prize, with all prize winners responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them (and everyone in their party) for the entire duration of the prize trip, and this must be both fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure
3. Holiday cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize
4. The prize winner must accept or reject the prize within 72 hours, otherwise it will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. The prize must be booked within two weeks of acceptance
5. The holiday is subject to availability from all partners, with the promoter and all partners involved to take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guests/s due to the unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the holiday. This includes matching availability of flights and accommodation
6. Prize tickets must be booked together for travel on the same flights
7. Extension of validity is not allowed
8. UK domestic flights are not included
9. Flights are non-upgradable and non transferable
10. Ticket to be issued in the winners' name only
11. Accommodation is on a full board basis
12. Embargo restrictions may apply
13. Liability with regards to visa, passport and health requirements rest solely with the prize winner
14. It is the prize winners' responsibility to organise transport to the UK departure airport
15. The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the above dates and duration without penalty. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the promoter's decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the holiday or any part of the holiday (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Kenya Tourism Board, Sports Tours International or Kenya Airways nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for cancellation of the prize due to force majure. Any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any holidays offered but liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, is not excluded
16. The expression "force majeure" means any event which the supplier(s) in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside the suppliers control. In these circumstances the suppliers shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where supplier is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of the suppliers contractual obligations is prevented or affected
