in IVA & DRO
Hi
My husband got himself into £28,000 worth of debt without my knowing. He told me last August and we managed to set up an IVA in December.
I've just found out that I'm pregnant. As our living costs will be increased is there any chance of the IVA payment being re-assessed by the creditors?? We are due the yearly IVA review in December which is when the baby is due.
Any tips/guidance gratefully received.
Thanks

Congratulations.
Talk to you IVA provider and they may be able to help. Payments can usually be reduced by 15% without any extension (check you t&c) or they may hold payment for a few months and add the payments onto the end of the 5 years.
Just keep your provider informed of your situation and any revised I&e.
