DFS - Cancelling an Undelivered Sofa, No Deposit, Ordered 9 days ago.

Okay to finalise and be balanced. Just taken call from DFS, who confirm the sofa hadn't entered production and therefore could be cancelled without issue. Whilst slightly convoluted and perhaps entirely obvious to all common sense and consumer rights I must applaud DFS for confounding my fears and the experiences of many I've read on various forums over the past week.
