Help - Unknown loan on my credit file?!

I got an email from Noodle- just a general one, but it lead me to log into my account for the first time in ages. When I did I noticed my credit rating was lower than usual so I went to find out why. There's a small (£77) unsecured loan showing as being taken out with Gresham in February. It has my name, dob and address but there's no way I've taken this out. It's showing as payments being up to date, but I've not paid anything because I have no knowledge of it!
I've clicked the dispute button and am awaiting a response, but how else do I sort this out. I don't know where to start as I've never heard of the lender.
Panicking!

I just had a reply from Noodle to say that it will 28 days to investigate. I'm in the middle of a mortgage application, I don't want this to affect things in any way.0

Maybe something like here? ---> https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/46681887#Comment_46681887Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you! I googled it and it pulled up the same thread. I'm not amused that a Barclays insurance product show's up as a personal loan though!
Panic over. Phew!!!
I hope that opening a dispute wont invalidate my insurance now though?0 -
Shouldn't do. Noddle will query it with the provider, be told it is correct, and that should be the end of it. If they put it on credit reports under that name I would imagine Gresham/Barclays etc are used to getting it queried so won't bat an eyelid, hopefully.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for taking the time to reply tonight, it's very much appreciated. I'd have worried all over the Bank Holiday otherwise.0

Not a predictive text problem this time, more of a tired but panicking brain issue!:rotfl:0
