download email automatically while away from my computer?

I use windows live mail to download my email as I have a few email addresses, Virgin, blueyonder gmail etc.

One click downloads them all instead of opening half a dozen or so web browsers.

I do a lot of competitions :p that is why I have all these email addresses.

Is there a program that I can put on a USB drive that will do this for me at an internet cafe?

I'm only using the desktop version but Thunderbird has a USB version:

Mozilla Thunderbird®, Portable Edition is the popular Mozilla Thunderbird email client bundled with a PortableApps.com launcher as a portable app, so you can take your email, address book and account settings with you

Problem is would you stick your USB stick into a strange PC in a strange port, I wouldn't risk it. Even if you have all your email providers using SSL.

I would recommend to get a cheap tablet or smart phone and use WiFi in a coffee shop to achieve the same thing.
    Under £100 would do it.
