Advice following rejection of appeal by NCP

Hi, I have the exact same problem but the only difference is the company is VCS and happened in Newcastle, could I just use the exact same appeal as above and replace the word 'NCP' with 'VCS'? I would also tweak things to suit my PCN such as the price etc.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.0 -

Although this thread is finished and you won't be treading on the OP's toes, we work on "One thread per person" here to keep things simple. You wouldn't want people trying to help to have to plough through all the OP's tale of woe, would you?
So just copy what you have written, but start your own thread, but do read the NEWBIES sticky thread at top of forum for good relevant advice.0 -
You obviously need a bit of practice on how to use the forum to learn how to win this easily, with certain wording in an appeal as registered keeper (DO NOT APPEAL YET UNLESS YOU ARE NOT THE REGISTERED KEEPER). Please use the 'Forum Jump' (bottom right) and click 'GO' to get off this ancient old thread from months back! Instead read the current ones on page one. All your queries are covered already in the second to top thread on the forum 'Newbies please read these FAQs first'.Hi, I have the exact same problem but the only difference is the company is VCS and happened in Newcastle, could I just use the exact same appeal as above and replace the word 'NCP' with 'VCS'? Thanks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
