Electoral Role Update

Hi guys,

Does anyone know when Experian/Equifax etc update their electoral role details? Recently moved house, and I was supposedly added to the register on the 2nd July. Just want to know when it would be best to apply for my latest 0% :D

Mine took about 6 weeks to appear on my credit report. If you have access to yours, why not check?

I work for experian. We had a recent internal memo telling us that the Voters Roll updates will now be daily.
I cannot remember if it gave a specific starting date, and cannot be bothered switching on the work laptop right now.
Karma is a wonderful thing. ;)

Have now checked my work laptop, and the document said daily updates from 14th May.

Of course, that means daily receipt of the data from local authorities; it still needs them to update their data quickly.
Karma is a wonderful thing. ;)

Contact your local council's electoral registration office.

This website has all the contact details/forms you need.

Some cards will ask you for addresses for last 3 years. If your has not updated now but you can be traced to your old address you should be fine (assuming your credit history is ok).
  • Does anybody know where you can pick up the electoral role on cd for the uk?
