Statements from Ovo

When are statements produced on Ovo? Is it one month exactly from your switch date or something else?

Just wondering when to expect my first statement from them.

According to the Ovo website "statements are generated on either the 1st or the 15th of every month if you're an online customer......we recommend submitting your meter readings around 5 days before the date your due to receive your statement to ensure your account is accurately billed".

Elsewhere on the website it says "Your first statement will wing its way to your inbox around six to eight weeks after your switch date."

Odd, my Ovo statement is generated on the 10th of each month.....

That said, it usually takes then a week to email it to me!

No they are produced monthly.

Thanks. I'll see what happens.

I got an email around the 12/13th of this month asking for meter readings as my statement was due. Couldn't give them till yesterday though as I've been away. No statement showing online as of yet though.
