Getting rid of cat wee smell.

Just wanted to pass this on. One of my cats sprayed our new suitcase. I cleaned the wee off immediately and disinfected it, but the material still smelt of wee…..I was advised by a friend that wiping with mouthwash (any make) will get rid of the smell…I was sceptical, but having nothing to lose I tried it. I wiped it over with mouthwash a couple of times last night and left it to dry…..No cat wee smell at all this morning.
Hoorah.
Just wanted to share incase it helps someone.
