BMW Finance pcp & ppi

Hi there.... would anyone know whether BMW finance added ppi to their Personal Contract plans at all? I have had over time probably 10 agreement's with them so am interested if they owe me any refunds

Car dealers were not regulated for insurance sales prior to January 2005, so BMW wouldn't have to consider a complaint from prior to this period. For anything newer, you'd have to send BMW a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter to ascertain if you even had PPI. This will cost you £10.
If it turns out you did agree to PPI, then you'd then have to then construct a robust mis-selling complaint to stand any chance of refund.0 -
