Hi All


Just been hearing a number of rumours in the industry about the above retailer, based in Flint, North Wales


Rumours are that he has gone bust and all of his websites are down. There seems to be a number of comments on other sites, which look like a number of consumers have been hit. His suppliers have put blocks on his accounts, so it doesn't look good.


Websites involved are, Fireplacemegastore.co.uk, stovemegastore.co.uk, megastoreretailgroup.co.uk. He also had a site for furnishings, which will have gone too.

Ordered and paid for a fire surround and hearth and back panel on-line from their web site costing over £300.00 on the 04/04/2014 I received acknowledgement of purchase. after receiving no delivery contact I emailed and asked for delivery date. I received a automated reply saying my email will be dealt with in next 7 days still not heard anything.
Their site has now disappeared, also Beech Holdings Ltd, who seem to own them , their site has vanished. I suspect they gone out of business.
You would think they would have the decency to put a notice stating whatever the situation is, on their sites, instead of just vanishing and not being contactable
