CPP ID Protection Barclays?

I took out ID Protection with my barclaycard in 08.

I called CPP today to check a policy back in 04/05 was covered it turns out that policy is what the form is about and the ID Protection through the barclaycard doesnt count as its direct policies only.

Anyone else heard this and does that mean I have to go to barclays or if there no reclaim to be had?

    If you feel the policy in question was mis-sold to you, then you should send a complaint to Barclays. As explained, this policy is not part of the CPP scheme.
