First Great Western have put a block on my account pending a fraud investigation, I cannot log in online I cannot spend points.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

Registered with my card on the 23rd and I've had nothing as of today. It's the same for my daughter and my husband.0

Same here, received emails confirming registration from all rail companies but no points as yet, registered on 23rd April.0

Just checked my account and have 1000 Bonus points from First Group.
Looks like I could have got lucky here....0 -

I have just had a very long very angry 3rd call to Nectar I may have my account back tomorrow... we shall see
It was blocked, according to them, due to abuse of the First Great Western bonus points offer. Now I did the 5 accounts as everyone else but to block nearly 19,000 points for a piddling 1000 is beyond ridiculous. If they think I have done something wrong take the points back but not block the account.
I shall wait and see if I have the points as and when I get back access to my account.
As a side thing First Great Western have no record of me ever having an account they searched by email, by name, I have no confidence that the operator got the right name despite using the phonetic alphabet, all Foxtrot Oscar etc. So how can I have abused it? still..... what is my blood pressure again!
This offer, for me, has not been worth while far too stressful.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Could not log in said my number was inactive or not registered check your details or if you are sure they are correct call.... (on 2 mobiles via app and on laptop via website and app)
They told me it was locked by FGW due to potential fraud told me to ring FGW, I asked who runs the scheme Nectar or FGW!
Eventually after calling FGW a bunch of male chickens on twitter get an number to call FGW. Rang it pressed the button for Nectar card inquiries and get put through to necar! Shout at nectar person a bit told that having 5 on the account is a breach of the rules as it is one per account (one per account I have to set-up via different websites and different actual companies all part of the same group, I try to explain!) Give up and dial FGW again, speak to them eventually and they denied all responsibility saying they cannot block a nectar account they have no access.
So ring Nectar back shout a bit more explaining what FGW just told me, point out how ludicrous the situation is man puts me on hold for 5 minutes comes back and says please hold a short while... 2 minutes later says I have requested your account be reactivated it may take up to 24 hours.
Just checked (only few hours or so later) and it is working again I can get in I can see the account and the 1000 points are still there.
So...... agggggghhhhhhhhhI started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Yesterday contacted them all and they said that they confirm that points will be added but it could take 28 days!
As of the 15th May we all got 200 points only from first direct group but nothing more. Wish I'd screen shot the page the said how many points we would be getting as surely they are in breach of a promise?0 -
still waiting, no further emails received from them as yet0
