Had such a busy day yesterday. I completely dug over the veg patch ready for planting. It was such hard work and today my back Is killing me but I can look at it now without feeling completely overwhelmed now. I've got some runner bean and lettuce seeds ready to plant, the tomato plants and strawberries are already done and I will probably do some potatoes and carrots too. Once I get started on the garden, I do love it and there's nothing better than your food straight from garden to plate. Hopefully should save me a few pounds too.
Today's money saving plans are
Breakfast, lunch and dinners from stores.
Clean the house from top to bottom
Plant seeds in garden
Have some 'me time' ......it is my week off after all
Have a wonderful, money saving day

DC1 - I am so jealous!!! I was off last week and although had the house full of family, loved every minute of it. I am, for the first time, trying my hand at growing some veg this year. I have beans (broad and runner) in seed trays, need to pot them on and get my little plot ready, although OH had a small rotivator for his birthday and has gone over it a few times with that. Enjoy today, even housework is enjoyable when you have more time!!:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

It's only Flip'in Friday...yeah :T
Today has been a good day so far on the financial front because it's payday!! I love payday. It gives me a renewed sense that i will be good with my money this month :rotfl:
So £100 to credit card. I would love to round my total down to £750 by the 20th May by rounding down odd amounts in the bank account and making extra small savings.
As it's the last day of my holiday today I thought I would do a quick round up of this weeks goals
1 - make £20 last the week....epic FAIL  I say no more!
2 - work on small business 2 hours a day..... PASSDid this everyday.
3 - Sort out April- May money.....Pass. And it's looking fairly healthy. Let's just hope it stays that way.
4 - Meal plan ..... PassAll done and batch cooked some items too
All in all a good, productive week off.
Hope you all have a fantastic Friday.
