There is a bit of a confession thing with this site. You feel you're cheating if you don't come clean and that can keep things in check. Morning DC1 and followers. We had a horrible day yesterday, weather wise, so was a sort of enforced lazy day, although loads of washing etc done and have ironed all that this morning! Today we have woken to glorious sunshine, so are going out for a walk on the seafront and OH is treating us to coffee. Back to work tomorrow yuk have enjoyed being off. Well done on rounding down and getting a bit more paid off, must get on line and check where I am because I know I will have to knuckle down for a few weeks. Hope you all have a lovely day whatever you are doing x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Morning all,
What a horrible day it is outside.
On a brighter note I have managed to round down my bank account again and pay another £10.17 off the nasty credit card.
Other money saving news.....we turned off the heating yesterday so hopefully that will stayed switched off until Oct/Nov time now. I am desperately trying to build up some credit for next winter because I don't want a humongous bill like last year. We have also been out in the garden chopping up wood ready to burn for the winter. We are lucky enough to have 2 log burners but last year we had a shortage of wood (hence the large gas bill) and we don't want to be caught out again.
Today should be an NSD.
All have a good day. I'm off to update my signature now.

Am loving your progress. It's so changeable weather wise here, we'll be lucky if the heat goes off in July!Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 11st 12lb determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Morning DC1 and INOD - we turned our heating off last night as well. I had managed over the weekend to turn thermostat right down, so thought time has come give it a go!! So I suppose that should help somewhere along the line and also yesterday had a surprise as the Water Co have reduced our DD by £10 per month - so that will help!!:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0
