3.1 One (1) winner and five (5) runners-up will be selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date, 29.07.2014. The draw will be conducted randomly within 28 days of the closing date. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the prize draw. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

Five (5) runners-up will receive:
1 x annual membership to Dawyck Botanic Garden.


4.2 The prize is subject to availability, excludes Christmas and New Year, and must be used in full by 31.03.2015. Dawyck Botanic Garden is open for its season from 1 March to 31 November.

4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner's and travel companion's risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
