YOU signed the agreement with WF - YOU AGREED to the terms under which the loan was to be repaid. You do not get to "decide" not to honour that part of the contract.

Imagine you paid for a luxury meal in a restaurant - you gave them your money, and then, after a few hours the waiter bought you half a plate of stale bread saying "Yeah, we didn't reckon you really deserved what you paid for so we just found you this...". I'm guessing you'd be pretty hacked off..? Well that, in essence, is what you have done to Welcome Finance.

I'm sorry, but if you cannot understand the importance of both parties sticking to the terms of an agreed contract then you should not be signing them. You are responsible for the WHOLE debt, not what you "think is right".
