I have been on the sick now since last september due to having IBD.
My Medical certificate runs out on the 19/04/2013, I get a payment tomorrow for the 2 weeks they owe me.
Because of Bank holiday I was going to make a new claim for JSA on thursday because of all the Holidays over easter (i was unsure whether they take your claim from the day you speak to them or if they accept claims made online on a bank holiday or a week end)
Would this be ok ? I wouldnt have to get a final medical certificate from the doctor would I ?
Thanks
Andy.
