Is the Halifax rewards clarity card still available?

I am speaking about the Reward current account which pays a £5 a month payment each month that you spend over £300.

But I can't find it - on the Halifax site there is a Clarity card but no mention of rewards or £5 a month.


I'm considering switching to a Halifax Reward account once I set up my 2 Direct debits on a spare account

You are right they do not offer the card you are talking about at the moment.

They haven't "discontinued" it at all.

Visit their website
Click credit cards
Click the Clarity card icon
Click 'common enquiries'
Click "Where can I apply for the Clarity Rewards Credit Card?"

It is not discontinued.
There is one product called the Clarity card. There is not a separate Reward Clarity card.
If you spend more than £300 in a billing cycle and you also hold a current account and pay in £1000 per month then you get a £5 reward payment credited to your CC account.
See paragraph 11 of the T+Cs for the Clarity card.

I applied on line for my Clarity card earlier this year. I do receive the £5 reward having met the conditions.
I did have to call them to remind them to pay it as set out in the T+Cs.

I think the T+Cs should have been updated inline with the Reward current account ie £750 per month deposited into a current account.

Customer service say that if you qualify for the £5 reward on the current account then if you spend £300 or more per billing cycle on the Clarity card you will then get the £5 reward paid into your CC account.
