weekend break abroad wanted to give son as wedding present

Any reasonably priced suggestions? Was thinking of maybe Venice or Paris. Would need to be from London airport or maybe even southern airports as they live in Plymouth.

This thread is only to report bargains, not to look for them, maybe repost on the right board to get some decent answers. Nearest airports would be Exeter with flights to Paris or Bristol, also with flights to Paris. For Venice they would have to travel to London, maybe have a look at the website of Superbreaks who do lots of weekend holidays0
