Private parking

I just been reading all the info onthe private parking issues I recieved a parking ticket from civil enforcement 2weeks ago . I never got a ticket on my car and was totally shocked recieving this £90penalty for exceeding my time . I did write an appeal and they did not accept it . I'm panicking but after reading comments in gear they are all saying to ignore the threats . I'm in Northern Ireland and was unaware the civil enforcement can take photographs of my mar then get all I for from dvnla . Is there anymore advice I can get .do I pay or do I ignore .
