Dear all..
I wanted to do some special little things for my other half...
As we are all money saving - I thought I'd ask the people in the know what suggestions you all had...
Thanks in advance

* on microsoft word/works sumat like that, u can set a picture as a watermark. i did this of me and my OH and then wrote on top, things i love about u, and rattled of a list of bout 50 things special to me about him. then frame it
cheap frame from poundshop or sumat would do!
* write a poem/song about your time together, record it, put it onto a tape and leave the tape on top of either a copy of the song/poem, or a love letter.
* leave 'i love u' notes around his house, in his pockets, bags, anywhere!
* make a collage of photos of u both - either print via home pc or use a website like snapfish which does prints for free. (20 free when u sign up then 20 for each referal)
* make a cd of his, yours, and both of your fave songs. stick it in his car.
Just a few ideas, hope they help!A good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute ...:A0 -
Foot massage?
Cook a special tea and lay the table prettily, maybe napkins & candles - that kind of thing - and make it a 'romantic meal'
Run a scented bath and offer to give him a body massage after
Have a 'night at the pictures' - rent a DVD (preferably one you both want to watch!), get a bag of popcorn/some chocolate etc and chill out with the lights dimmed!
Just a few ideas that we do when we feel the need of a bit of romance! They needn't cost anything, but it's taking the time and effort to show a bit of special love, which counts!
I guess what you do kind of depends on your other half and his needs and likes - mine's a chef so foot massage/body massage particularly gratefully received after a long day in the kitchen! (Make him scrub his feet before I go near them first though!!
I'm sure there'll be loads more ideas (and probably more original ones!) added soon. Have fun!0 -

Iron his work clothes and make his packed lunch up- chores he normally does himself, but is always very chuffed (and surprised) when I do them for him!
I always tell him his sandwiches were made with love, and me and dd blow a kiss in the bag so it flies out as he has his lunch;)Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
