Received PPI refund in 2008.Was Sent a letter last week ,saying I was underpaid (which Is good). Read all the letter which came from the bank,got to the end, and it said that if I was represented by a 3rd party (I was. Didn't know I could do it myself until too late).
Then they would need to get their commission a second time. Why do I have to pay them again, when they had their commission first time around.
1. Is it legal for them to claim their share again. (I'm guessing yes)
2. Can I challenge this

You agreed with your claims company to pay them a % of the money paid to you by the bank - The fact that the money being paid to you by the bank is coming in 2 lumps, albeit a long while apart, doesn't change that.0 -
