Hi All,
I'm buying a new house with the boyf - should complete on 20th (fingers crossed!) never owned before, and now we do we would like a landline to call our own; plus internet and somekind of cable type tele.
What do you guys think is the best bargain?? We won't use the phone a grea deal, but is useful for family/friends to call us - and we aren't looking for a massive selection of TV channels or massive spec interntet connection - what do you think?!?

Emma,
Congratulations on getting your first place, it is definately a very exciting time.
I am not sure about all the items you mention but have you thought about all the other costs of owning a house before you go for the luxuries?
We found that when we bought our first house all the essentials came first such as the mortgage, insurances, gas and elec before we worried about the TV! Owning a house is not cheap but I am sure you are aware of that!
Good luck.
PS. The Sky package doesn't look too bad but I aint no expert!0
