    People due to be paid on Good Friday 18th and Easter Monday 21st should have received early payments by now the 17th.

    Banks and post offices are Closed Good Friday 18th and Easter Monday 21st ....

    Because you're RBS/NatWest? This is how their computers work

    Nope, I can't. But that's how it works. I had an RBS account until recently and I got my Tax Credits dropped into my account on Xmas Day

    RBS... Although I have never being early for any Bank Holiday is the past.
  • My ESA hasn't arrived either.. thought it might go in yesterday , but didn't so checked today and it's still not there. Should I have received a notice of increase by now as well as I've not had that either this year?!!
    These things always seem to happen when there's a bank holiday and you can't phone anyone to find out! Grrr!!

  • can anyone help? i get income support and its normally in on a saturday, payment day is monday but its avail on sat, but ive not had it at all yet, thought i would of got it thurs for easter bank holiday! does anyone think ill get it late (tues) instead of early? ive never had problems before :/ thanks :)
