5 Star Amazon

We always read about poor service from companies,however I must congratulate Amazon.

I bought a smart TV from Amazon in November 2013. It developed a fault and I contacted LG and they would not replace only repair.

I contacted Amazon and they immediately replaced the TV with a free collection from my house.:beer:

    I found the same with Amazon. My husband bought a wax jacket in January and wore it a few times when a chest seam split, I contacted Amazon and they refunded the money that same day and emailed me returns labels for the coat to be sent back. It is definitely a company that usually has very good customer service.

    Amazon are fine if the problem arises in the first few months. Just try them after a year though - even on an expensive item with a 10 year life expectancy. They don't want to know, and just refer you to the manufacturer.

    Other retailers (not all) take their legal obligations to the purchases rather more seriously.
