Hi, can anybody help please?
I had my WCA on the 18th Jan and was told I would hear the outcome within 3 weeks. It's been 8 weeks now and I've not heard. I'm very anxious, can anyone advise me what to do please. I have mental health issues and don't know where to start. Thank you

There is nothing you can do but contact them in some manner.
Either by letter, or phone.
Someone else can contact them on your behalf in some circumstances, or you can make someone your appointee to deal with all your benefit issues.0 -
Thanks....
I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has also waited a long time to hear, I've heard that atos have left the contract and they have suspended routine assessments for the time being. I'm worried that if I flag my case up they will stop my money, I don't want to draw attention to it if it's at the bottom of the pile so to speak.
If anyone else is in the same boat it would be nice to know, thanks0 -
Unfortunately, cases fall through the cracks.
It is not unheard of for people still to be on the assessment rate for over a year.
Are you on the assessment rate - this is your first WCA - or are you already in a group.
If you're already in a group - as you say - there is little reason to flag it up - unless you believe there is a strong case to get into the support group.0
