  • I use Topcashback and have had money back.

I have an ad blocker on my computer and I have to disable it for both Topcashback and the site I am going to or it doesn't track.

I use imutual almost exclusively now.

TopCashBack got too big for its boots, got too impersonal, too many failed cashbacks that did not get sorted out and they stopped bothering with the so-called Daily-Clicks or recurring offers.

Which at the moment are about 47 pence a day on imutual, more if you do other stuff as well.

Quidco I resigned from ages ago, did not like the feel of the site, mostly their £5 admin fee at the time.

I like the forum at imutual more than the other 2, despite a couple of herberts that can be a bit pedantic.

I expect they speak highly of me as well!!!
  • I have a browser purely for cashback. Only ever had to query one lot of missing cashback and I did eventually get it.
I never buy because its on quidco- rather I decide upon something and THEN check quidco to see if its there. I've had £1000 back.

Hi, have had £4800 from quidco and topcashback over the last 4 years.

I have had several that have taken nearly a year to finally get the cash back but, as yet, have not had any refused.

OP......have you tried going through the motions of starting a cashback claim just to see if the transaction is listed there ? If its not listed I fear that you are ,in fact, doing something wrong.

This is not the same thing as the transaction "tracking" ....its just an acknowledgement that the transaction took place on the cash back website.....if it tracks it is an acknowledgement by the retailer that the transaction took place.

If you have done something wrong and the transaction isn't listed there's then no chance of the cash back.

What browser do you use ?

I use TCB all the time and have no problems. Occasionally an item doesn't track but 99% of the time they sort it out

  • I've been forcing myself to join either Quidco or Topcasgback and I've never found any patience to do so.

None, but you might require several months worth of patience to wait for payment.

    Ah I see post #27.
If they aren't motivated by people saving 3 and 4 figure sums for little effort then I don't think we should lose sleep over it.
For me personally it's a no-brainer, although I am guilty sometimes of forgetting.
