Decided to make lemon drizzle cake instead of brownies. Everything is made, apart from the muffins and I need to ice the carrot cakes, which turned out well small and put the chocolate on the millionaires.0

Afternoon!!
Hugs to Judi!
Work is a little quieter today, although I still have plenty to do, but most defiantly less stressful - not lots of people shouting from all over
Finish at 5pm then off to see my Grandma & Grandad for a quick cuppa, I will then be heading straight up to do my food shopping at Aldi as I have a very busy day tomorrow, so thought it would be easier to go this evening.
Hoping to get some baking done on Friday for the Easter weekend, some little cupcakes & krispie cakes maybe.
We have people in the holiday cottages over the weekend, I think there are some children too so I might put an easter egg hunt (although with paper eggs stuck around) for them to do, may keep them entertained for a little while, fingers crossed the weather stops nice.
Tru - I have found this before, very annoying.
It is sunny again here today, mayhave to nip and water the allotment if this weather keeps
Glad to say my sick feeling passed last night although I then got headache, big cuddle from my OH made me feel better
Tea tonight is leftover beef stew.
Will check back in later to catch up.
Have a lovely day :j
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Hugs Judi,
Knitting this morning, small gathering as people seem to have other things to do....lovely sunny day, windy but 13c.
S tir fry pork for dinner, lots of veg, not sure whether it will be rosemary spuds or rice to go with it.
Want to do some more tidying in green house, need to put some tomatoes off kitchen window sill out there soon, plus sow some squash and other bits.
Hugs to JackieO and Molly and anyone else needing one

Just back to report DD's BF's big deal has come through! It means that he has hit his targets for the first quarter so the pressure is somewhat released, thank goodness. We will be able to have an Easter weekend where he isn't glued to his laptop working the whole time.
Thank you for all your messages of support.0 -
Orange sponge cake is in the oven, as is a chicken and some sausages. May as well take advantage of the hear while cooking the cake :money:
Took DS up to buy him a new bike helmet so he can ride his bike outside of our driveway. We have walked Luna twice, done three loads of washing, cleaned all the bathrooms and toilets, hoovered and tidied round down stairs. Now need to sort out booking our summer hols as yet again I've left it a bit late:o:eek:
Really loving this weather, so glad it's been so nice for kids hols, makes life far more bearable when they're not endlessly trapped indoors.
Snoozer great news for DD's BFI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Glad to see that Molly is home - I'm convinced you convalesce better in your own surroundings. Healing vibes, and don't worry if your brain isn't firing on all cylinders just now, just pop in and wave so we know you're ok.:o
Healing vibes for JackieO also.
Judi I can't even begin to imagine; have a Wolfy (((HUG))).
Tru Mr LW had the same trouble with job websites - he'd ask for posts for a DBA within 25 miles of MK, and get something for a lab technician in Edinburgh or something equally daft.:( Hope the poorly chicken improves.
I have a fasting blood test tomorrow morning at 07:10, so I'm deffo NOT a happy Wolf right now. I loathe and detest needles *shudders* and only allowed water after 19:10 this evening, so will have to forego any Oramorph as well as the two mugs of strong black coffee I've usually consumed before 07:00. *cries* So I guess I'll be turning up at the surgery in screaming agony, and barely able to function due to lack of caffeine.:(:(:(If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Love and hugs to Judi x

A busy day, went to euston to collect ds2. Found an easier route on the underground with less stairs and a 5 min walk at the end. Took same amount of time as if going through bank which is always so busy.

JUDI - so sorry xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
