Snowden Mountain Railway Disgusting way to treat an injured customer

From the original post:This establishes that ParkingEye are not interested in the £100 parking charge; they are purely doing this to be vindictive to the motorist. There is absolutely no hope of them making any money even if they win the case. Their estimated costs of £240-£340 will far outweigh the £100 parking charge so there was zero business sense in pursuing this case.0

Those are the costs that you can claim as expenses, if the judgement goes against the motorist Snowden mountain railways agents can claim hundreds.
in the press article SMR have statedA spokesman for SMR said: “We do not manage the car park or administer penalty notices. It is therefore inappropriate for us to comment further.”
for want of a better word that is complete and utter !!!!!!!!.
SMR hired parking eye to infest their car park, therefore Parking eye are nothing but agents working for and on behalf of SMR .
That means that SMR could and should have called off their contractors, but SMR obviously dont give a !!!! about their customers and deserve to be counter claimed against.
Their is enough information out there about the antics of parking eye and other such parking companies that SMR should have been well aware of what and who they were allowing into their car park - or are allowing to continue to operate in their car park.
In my opinion this could possibly show Snowden mountain Railway as being negligent in their duty of care towards those who they invite onto their landFrom the Plain Language Commission:

...with his left ankle popping out and cutting his right knee.
There is a discrepancy with this story. With such a dramatic injury he wouldn't be able to walk let alone get back to the car park.
This sounds like a Daily Mail story!
I would read that as the person fell twisting his ankle and also suffered a cut on his knee, uncomfortable but not really life threatening injuries
if it was a serious injury it would have been a call out for mountain rescue, the Daily Fail trying to make it sound more dramatic than it really was0
