Hello
I have sent my acknowledgement back online and sent letter to the arrow global solicitors recorded delivery on 17th asking for proof of the debt. I am just wondering what happens now. The claim form was sent on the 4th April so taking account of all the bank holidays when do I have to file the defence? Are the 14 days just working days? And what happens if they don't reply?
