Thanks everyone for replying to me
Phew I was panicking there!
So if I just respond that I am defending the whole thing because it's statute barred do I need to contact arrow global to ask them to prove it or just show up and say it at court? I think I would prefer to have something in my hand to prove it.
Thanks0 -

I would not reply your defending just yet, you need to send off the allocation of service and get extra time. For expert advice how to do this to the the allaboutDEBT Website as they will be able to tell you exactly what do.0 -

Not subscribe, you need to register like on here, the. You can post on the forum for help. There's lots of people in a simar position and there's lots of extremely knowledgeable people.
If you wanted to use their template letters, you need to register on their main site. For privacy and access to the protected area where some people want to post without anybody seeing they "verify your identity", this is done by paying 99p with paypal or card so that DCAs for example can't see your posts.
But it's FREE to join the forum for help x0 -
Thanks I am going back on if my baby ever goes off to sleep! Thanks for your help I really appreciate it0

Just to make it clear there's no onus on you to prove a debt is statute barred. Once you submit a defence saying the debt is statute barred, the onus is on the claimant to prove it isn't.
One of many wonderful consumer protection laws. What will your verse be?
