PCM snatch defeat from the jaws of victory

A neighbour lost their POPLA appeal and then contacted me for options. Their initial POPLA appeal was weak but they had raised a subsequent point which was ignored by POPLA but more importantly, the neighbour had NOT received the PCM evidence pack.
I armed the neighbour with the email address of the lead adjudicator along with a full POPLA appeal. POPLA reopened the case... and then PCM threw in the towel!
Rather satisfying victory

So was the appeal turned down initially? Its a good result and its a good job your neighbour has someone in the knowWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
